Biography(references)He attended the King Fahd Academy in Bonn until the age of 15 where he was raised in a traditional Islamic upbringings. This unusual school career initially had a negative impact on his German language skills, which became noticeable when he moved to the Hildegard of Bingen Gymnasium in Cologne.
