Biography(references)Born and grew up in New York, Magny is of Haitian, and Dominican descent. Magny moved to Illinois at the age of 12, where graduated from Thornwood High School in the Chicago Southland and then went to Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where he earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice. He wrestled and played football in both high school and college. He is also an army veteran, having been deployed in Kuwait.
