Biography(references)Micah attended Mount de Sales Academy in Macon, Georgia where he was a standout wrestler, winning many tournaments. Like his older brother, Cole, he trained with the Macon-based Team Praxis under instructor Cam McHargue. Micah, still a senior in high school, made his amateur mixed martial arts debut in 2005 against John Trent at the conclusion of his final wrestling season. Micah went on to have an undefeated amateur record where he defeated future WEC World Bantamweight Champion Brian Bowles via triangle choke. Micah has gone on to fight in many organizations such as the WEC , DREAM, ASTRA, and Tachi Fighting Championships.
