Biography(references)After three years of requesting his parents for permission, Prachnio started training karate at the age of 12. Eventually he became multiple-time Polish champion in kyokushin karate and placed second in European championships. Seeking for new challenges, Prachnio moved to Amsterdam in 2013 in order to transition to mixed martial arts.
